We started seeing Karin about a year ago, and are truly grateful to have found her. She has a special way, truly cares, is always accessible, and has made a lasting difference in Galen's life. Galen is a 7 year old Dutch Shepherd and has suffered from allergies most of his life and last year began having arthritis in his rear ankles. He was just miserable! The vet recommended Rimadyl, but we decided against that. We had read articles about acupuncture & arthritis and figured we would try it. After 3 months of weekly treatments, he no longer limps, and he plays like he used to!! He truly is his old self again. Karin had also told us there was a possibility the acupuncture could lleviate some of the itching due to the allergies. It has worked! Galen has been off steroids and everything else for several months. For him, that is huge! There have been some flare-ups, but nothing like how it was before Karin. "Cooper" Crew, our 13 year old black Labrador, started acupuncture with Karin Serejski during his second episode of herniated neck discs. He always feels better after each treatment and he continues to have treatments every 2 weeks or so as a preventative measure. So far he has not had another acute episode occur. Karin is a very caring person who "connects" with Cooper, and, I would imagine, relates well with all of her other patients. Cooper seems to know she is trying to help him. Karin uses electrical stimulation with her acupuncture treatments.
